Irish Fashion E-Commerce Company needs a Social Media Marketing & Customer Service Manager who can handle their social media platforms. the job is remotely and your role is to manage and handle their Tiktok and Instagram accounts.
Social media Manager:
- You should be familiar with social media platforms, mainly Instagram and TikTok
- Create, schedule and commission social media posts paying attention to seasons and trends
- Use generated content in an interesting way
- Interact with the audience – respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
- Contact the Digital Advertising team to deliver content and ensure high performance
- Email Marketing – familiarize yourself with Klaviyo, the ability to create and schedule two emails per week, paying attention to customer buying habits and trends.
Customer Service Manager:
- Liaise with distribution team to make sure everything is working smoothly
- Answer customer questions about shipping, order changes and refunds
- Ability to navigate the web backend, download and manage products and websites
- Support customers and warehouses with order changes and exchanges
Experience:
The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced fashion, lifestyle or beauty company and have clear experience producing engaging content across multiple channels.
We are looking for someone who is a quick learner and enthusiastic to participate in all aspects of the business.

Part-time hours: 4-10 per week
Salary: €12.00 to €18.00 per hour
