Job Title: Principal Product Manager – SIEM

Reports To: Interim Chief Product Officer

Location: Remote, USA

Compensation: $215,000 – $250,000 base salary plus bonus and equity

About the Role:

As Huntress expands its product management organization to steer our product strategy, we seek an experienced product management leader to join our team. As a Principal Product Manager at Huntress, you will spearhead the success and growth of our new SIEM product. Serving as both a leader and a hands-on contributor, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the vision, goals, and execution of our SIEM offering, empowering small to mid-market customers with cutting-edge security capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate the vision and strategy for the SIEM product, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor research to inform product strategy, pricing, and roadmap.
  • Translate customer requirements into innovative solutions that address evolving threats and exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate with designers, engineers, and architects to define detailed business requirements and user stories.
  • Prioritize features based on market needs and strategic initiatives, guiding product development from discovery to launch.
  • Drive go-to-market strategy in partnership with marketing, sales, and executive leadership teams.
  • Gather customer feedback throughout the product lifecycle to inform product enhancements and optimizations.
  • Serve as a liaison between engineering, senior leadership, and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating clear communication.
  • Lead strategic initiatives while remaining hands-on and detail-oriented as needed.
  • Conduct user experience testing and analyze product metrics to track success and inform decision-making.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of product management experience with a focus on SIEM products.
  • Experience in mid-market environments is highly advantageous.
  • Proven track record of driving product innovation, delivery, and competitive outperformance.
  • Proficiency in agile development methodologies and tools.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with cloud environments, particularly AWS.
  • Proficiency with G Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms).
