Compensation: $215,000 – $240,000 base salary plus bonus and equity

About the Role

As Huntress expands its product management organization, we are seeking an experienced product management leader to join our team. As the Director of Product Management, you will play a pivotal role in leading and driving the success and expansion of our flagship EDR product. This role offers the opportunity to scale an already successful product past $100M and beyond, sustaining and building on remarkable existing growth rates. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to set the vision, goals, and execution of a SaaS offering that keeps SMB and mid-market customers safe and secure online with cutting-edge capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate the vision and strategy for the Managed EDR product, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide direct leadership to the product team responsible for driving our EDR offering.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor research to drive strategy, pricing, and the product roadmap.
  • Translate customer requirements into innovative solutions that exceed expectations and address evolving threats.
  • Collaborate with engineering, support, sales, and marketing teams to drive product development and go-to-market strategy.
  • Prioritize features based on market needs and strategic initiatives, guiding product development from discovery to launch.
  • Drive high-level strategic initiatives while remaining hands-on and detail-oriented as needed.
  • Conduct user experience testing and analyze product metrics to track success and inform decision-making.
  • Serve as a liaison between engineering, senior leadership, and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating clear communication.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of product management experience with a focus on EDR/XDR products or related threat detection and response solutions.
  • Experience in mid-market environments is highly advantageous.
  • Proven track record of driving product innovation, delivery, and competitive outperformance.
  • Proficiency in agile development methodologies and tools.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with cloud environments, particularly AWS.
  • Proficiency with G Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms).
