The Bright Futures Scholarship 2024


The Bright Futures Scholarship, administered by SVCF (Silicon Valley Community Foundation), aims to support graduating high school seniors, currently enrolled undergraduate students, reentry students, and graduate students residing in California who demonstrate both academic excellence and financial need. Established in 2010, this scholarship offers up to $10,000 to eligible recipients.

Eligibility Requirements:

1. Student Status: Applicants must be graduating high school seniors, currently enrolled undergraduate students (in two- or four-year colleges), re-entry students, or graduate students.

2. Residency: Applicants must currently reside in California.

3. Academic Achievement: Applicants must demonstrate academic promise with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0.
